Redevelop and manage class A properties in different contexts with a careful choice of materials and their life cycles but also of furnishings. To generate comfort with great attention to quality of the air in the indoor environment and aspects concerning health protection.
To build our model we acquired and redeveloped some properties, creating three comfort models in three different living contexts in which sustainability is the common factor. . The sea, the mountains, the city. (Hospitality)
181 is able to design, build and manage properties that will have as a common factor the principles of sustainability and energy efficiency which will be more interesting in a market that today asks to live or stay in comfortable and efficient properties.
The architectural aspect, with adequate interior design choices for the correct management of spaces and colors, completes the scenario of an integrated design by various professionals accredited in 181.
A path shared with customer considering also issues of “tax planning” that are addressed in order to have access to the incentives provided by the government; a detailed business plan that allows to have a clear vision of the return on investment.
